5. Household and Shared Lists
If you join or create a shared household list, other members of that household may see information you add, including your name and list activity. You are responsible for who you invite to your household group.
6. Subscriptions and Payment
- Certain features may require a paid subscription ("Premium" or "Household" plans).
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at signup.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, spreeZy AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
